Chris Mehl is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of West Coast Maintenence (WCM), where he sets the company’s strategic vision and leads with more than 40 years of experience in the building services and facilities industry. His career began in the field, building and operating a successful window washing company and working hands-on with façade access systems—experience that gave him a deep, practical understanding of safety, compliance, and operational realities. After selling his company, Chris identified a critical gap in California’s market: the absence of a full-service Cal/OSHA-compliant SIT provider capable of designing, installing, maintaining, and inspecting façade access and rooftop equipment under one organization. He founded FEIS to raise the standard for safety, regulatory compliance, and accountability across the built environment. Known for his innovation, integrity, and partnership-first mindset, Chris fosters a culture that empowers teams to bring forward fresh ideas while leveraging deep industry insight. Under his leadership, FEIS continues to expand its market presence and deliver trusted, client-centered solutions throughout Southern California.

Sonia Prudencio holds the role of Controller at WCM, where she oversees financial operations and ensures accuracy, compliance, and accountability across the organization. With nearly 30 years of experience in finance, accounting, and controller roles, Sonia brings deep institutional knowledge and steady leadership to the management of FEIS’s financial systems. She is highly focused on precision and process, helping maintain financial integrity while supporting informed business decisions. Committed to excellent customer satisfaction, Sonia approaches financial stewardship with a service-oriented mindset that supports both internal teams and external partners.

Meagan Randazzo leads as Director of Sales at WCM, where she oversees all sales operations and leads the company’s revenue strategy. With a career rooted in operational leadership and innovation, Meagan is known for building efficient, forward-thinking teams that challenge conventional approaches to sales. She plays a key role in aligning people, process, and strategy to drive consistent performance across the organization.
