With over 40 years of experience in the building services and facilities industry—and more than 20 years dedicated to luxury hospitality environments—Chris brings a hands on, operationally grounded approach to leadership. His career began in the field, where he built and operated a successful service company, developing a deep understanding of safety, compliance, and the detailed execution required in high profile properties.
Chris is deeply committed to creating lifelong relationships with each clent, viewing every partnership as a long term collaboration rather than a transactional service. Under his leadership, West Coast Maintenance focuses on developing highly trained cleaning teams, establishing consistent, property specific standards, and aligning closely with each hotel’s brand expectations and housekeeping culture.
