Ulises joined our Team in 1994 and since then has worked tirelessly to meet the challenging and growing demands of our clients, coordinating services, and deploying our janitorial crews. West Coast Maintenance grew into the full service provider it is today with the help of Ulises and the Janitorial Division. His responsibilities include training Crew Members and Site Supervisors in safe and proper cleaning practices. He is also responsible for notifying clients of upcoming services, scheduling crews and oversees all nightly cleaning services. Ulises is currently working on his Associate of Arts Degree at SMC.
