Sandy Rodriguez
Client Services

Sandy joined West Coast Maintenance in 2002. She brings with her a wealth of contract, scheduling and client management experience that comes from managing diverse financial entities such as property management and real estate firms. Sandy is directly responsible for all of our corporate contract needs as well as client services which include: Insurance certificates, proposal creation, coordination of services, equipment and building certification, permits, and job budgets. She also oversees all budgets for window washing, pressure washing and janitorial services. In addition to her work at West Coast Maintenance she actively volunteers as financial advisor and book keeper for underprivileged family groups in the Southern California area. She is currently finishing her BS in Business Administration.
