Hermilo joined our Team in 2002 and since then has worked tirelessly to meet the challenging and growing demands of our janitorial clients, coordinating services, and deploying our janitorial crews. West Coast Maintenance grew into the full service provider it is today with the help of Hermilo. His responsibilities include training Crew Members and Site Supervisors in safe and proper cleaning practices. He is also responsible for notifying clients of upcoming services and scheduling crews. Hermilo is taking classes during the day at Los Angeles Career College.
