West Coast Maintenance-The Premier Commercial Cleaning Company

Our team members are the best in the industry. We are proud of what we do and what we represent. Honesty, integrity and a positive self-image are characteristics of each and every team member. Teamwork and looking out for one another’s well-being is how our work environment thrives. From the time an employee steps through our doors they will be required to undergo intense and comprehensive training, ensuring compliance of all Cal-OSHA, EPA and safety regulations. We train and retrain, resulting in an accident free safety record since 1989. All team members must complete the continued certification programs throughout their employment. West Coast Maintenance continues to be a positive influence in the lives of our staff, their families, our community and the industry.

All West Coast Maintenance team members are full time employees and as such are fully insured. To help retain quality personnel, we offer many incentive and bonus programs as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
