Chris founded CHM Window Cleaning in 1989 with the idea of providing quality window cleaning services for Southern California. Since day one Chris has actively maintained a hands-on role in operations, business development, and strategic planning. His vision and philosophy have been the guiding force behind the growth of CHM turning into West Coast Maintenance a full service professional company. Chris continues to work hard for West Coast Maintenance’s continued growth and as an advocate for our industry. He is actively involved in BOMA, ISSA, SIA, PWNA, IWCA and the West Coast Maintenance Safety Program.
