Alice joined West Coast Maintenance in 2008 after 19 years of service with OneSource bringing with her an extensive administrative and client relations background. Alice’s background in maintenance has been essential in her role as West Coast Maintenance’s Office Manager. She manages all issues with high quality professionalism and great efficiency. As the Office Manager, Alice is directly responsible for coordinating administrative activities as well as supporting proposal and presentation preparation for the sales and marketing department. Additionally Alice handles expenses, invoicing and documentation. Her education and 19 years of experience in customer service and organizational processes provide clients with one point of contact for all their facility maintenance needs.
